What are the chest and length measurements and are there any signs of wear?

@lilangeldsk it’s in great condition, I looked it over and the only flaws I can find are two little flaws in the fabric, hardly noticeable, no stains, rips, or anything like that (see added photos)
The chest measures 16in across and the length measures 56 in from top of the shoulder strap to bottom of the dress
