Boutique maxi dress with strappy top

Black maxi dress with strap detailed top. See photos for details. Worn once. Nothing wrong with it. There is an under slip built in and it’s about 30” from the center chest fabric. The remainder of the dress goes on to about 45.5”. There are pads in chest. Straps are fully adjustable. The cut out design on the top is actually cut out like it looks.
