Boutique mini dress

Sweet drop-waist plaid dress from a boutique in NYC! Has pockets! Says XS but fits up to a small (I wear a medium and can get it on, but it’s too small in the shoulders) A few tiny holes in the skirt part—never even noticed them until I examined it for the listing. Priced accordingly.
