Boutique navy, gold, orange and green blouse

This is such an interesting shirt. There is no tag on the inside saying what fabric it is, but it is either polyester or chiffon. The front of the shirt has two layers in the back is kind of sheer with pleats. The sleeves are very unique three-quarter links, with a different kind of costs. I'm sorry I don't know all the fashion terms. I love the shirt but it just hangs on me since I don't have a chest. Never worn
