Boutique off the shoulder blouses

Like new off the shoulder blouses! I have them in both black and maroon. Only worn a couple times each! I’m 6ft so the last photo is a reference for how cropped they are. They have a tie at the bottom to adjust how loose it is around your waist. Elastic at the top so you can easily move your arms. Always open to offers :)
