Boutique off the shoulder feminine blue dress

Feminine light blue dress with lace detailing. Bought at a boutique in Charleston, SC. Only worn a couple of times. Excellent used condition. Tag says L but I am more of a S/M and it fits great. Lots of wiggle room on the sizing depending on how you like the fit. Pit to pit 18” Shoulder to hem 32” (mini length, above the knee) Freshly ironed. Only washed on cold in unscented detergent and dried on low. Smoke free home.
