Boutique shoes. Velvet booties.

Unknown brand purchased at an online boutique. Super cute and never worn just tried on. They run small. There marked an 8 1/2 but I’m consistently an 8 and there small on me. I think they were mis marked or just super small in sizing. Im marking as a 7 1/2 for that reason. Thats the only reason im not keeping them!
