Boutique shorts

Blue and cream patterned lightweight boutique shorts with scalloped /ruffle RSR, cream/tan inner liner, and elastic waistband. Purchased at a beach boutique in California. These are the absolute best shorts for spring and summer and are so versatile. Nicer looking looking shorts which there isn’t really a category for, so I selected high waisted as the grouping. Size medium - purchase if you are a small/medium.
