Boutique silk top with sequined bottom

This beautiful top is so soft and silky. The sequin bottom is just gorgeous. I have worn it to a wedding with black leggings and black pumps and got MANY compliments. There is a small water stain on the bottom but will come out when you hand wash it. (See pic) I was trying to iron it, and I had the steam on so water came out. 😔
