Boutique tie top DRESS size medium

MEDIUM SIZE dress from a boutique located in Tuscaloosa, AL Worn twice, very lightly used Zip up in the back to put on and take off. The top part ties and unties so you can do it however you’d like. Belly cut out is cute, not very revealing. Very comfortable and cute. Size medium, can fit like a size small. I’m 5’4 and usually a size small and it fits me very well.
