Boutique top 95% cotton 5% spandex NWOT

This is a chic one of a kind top! Very stylish neckline. Size Medium. It has no tag except for 95% cotton 5% spandex. I took the tag off because I am bothered by tags; and then it was too small. Turn inside out, hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry; use cool iron if necessary.
