Boutique wool blend dress size M with ruffles and pencil bottom

Unique wool blend dress. Spaghetti straps, ruffles in the middle and pencil skirt type bottom. Size M. I bought it in Europe (France) in one of small boutiques. I also removed the size and material composition label (they were too scratchy)
