Bow knot front crop top with ruffle detail

Purchased from a boutique. Thought it would fit but the chest is too small for me. Brand new without tags. It’s so cute I hate to part with it but it should go to a good home. I think it would be adorable with a midi or maxi skirt or high waisted pants. A denim jacket or cardigan maybe. The bow knot is adjustable, can be tied and untied, the straps are also adjustable. Ruffle around the bottom. Spandex in back gives it some stretch. Details: Pit to pit: 15” underbust laying flat: 14” Strap length in photo: 6” Bottom of v neck/bow to bottom: 6” Pit to bottom hem: 11” Material: 98% polyester, 2% spandex. Says size medium but runs small I’d say a small or XS.
