Boys Classic Whimsy swim trunks

Boys Classic Whimsy swim trunks Size 18-24m but to me they run big, more like a size 4-5. My son wore these last year when he was in the 4-5 size range. The net is cut out. They are in GUC only because they’re missing the inside net and there’s a little snag on back pocket. Picture is provided.
