@shanemella not positive! Seems like the size of actual the shirt. Probably the waist size. I’ve tried it on and fits like a Large.

@shanemella i don’t know my specific waist size but I usually wear a 27/28 in jeans, a size medium usually. Sometimes a small. But usually a medium. This shirt was too big on me.
