Boys NWOT Casual Boat Shoes (top-siders) size 13 (little boys)

Never worn boat shoes with laces for boys. Size 13 (kids). My son is very picky and for reasons unknown to me he wouldn't wear these precious shoes so they've been sitting in his closet on a shelf. They are by Oshkosh B'gosh. Perfect for spring/summer! Can be worn with nice button down or can be dressed down with shorts. Additional pics and measurements provided upon request!
