@alboaz0829 Yes, it does have a hood. I believe it would keep you warm in most climates in the US. We live in Maryland, and it worked well for my son: it can get pretty cold here, especially when it’s both cold and windy.

@bkreigs I am so sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. Honestly, with the holidays I just forgot. I have posted some additional pictures showing measurements. It was hard to get the whole measurement in the frame. I took one measurement across the shoulders, one in the middle of the torso, and one from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the jacket.
