My son wore this jacket for skiing. We wanted him to do an outdoor sport during the winter to get him off his electronics. First season of skiing and he was hooked. So you get 3 in 1 jackets. 1) The shell acts like light rain coat mesh lining, elastic band around the waist, and elastic around hood 2) Puffy for cooler weather and 3) Combined for coldest snow season. Still in great condition. No rips or tears. You can’t go wrong with this jacket.
