This Boys White Heirloom Romper is Gorgeous, Heavenly Sweet! The romper is done in a cotton/poly blend for easy care. The Peter Pan Collar has an embroidered scalloped, dotted garland done in white, and adorns both sides of the collar. 2 groups Pintucks are placed in the center of the chest. Between the groups is an inlay done in white stitching & has vertical scalloped white dot garlands on each side, matching collar details. Narrow pleats start at the shoulders on both side and extend down to the legs. The pleats have a "pass through" for the matching belt, a very unique feature. The belt buttons in the front. Matching white belt loops in back hold belt in place. Short sleeves are cuffed and have a center pleat.
