Boys knit striped sweater

Boys knit striped sweater. There is no size but I would think it would fit about a 3 year old. Armpit to armpit measures 13.5 inches. Armpit to bottom of sleeve measures about 7 inches. Shoulder to bottom of sweater measures about 13.5 inches. The material is pulled a little on the sleeve in the second pic and on the front stripes in the last pic.
