Good condition. Reversible with pockets on both sides. Fleece once side, water repellent material ok other.
I think it’s a Denali but I don’t remember. It’s a thicker jacket. I’d say a step above a light puffer, but below a ski jacket.

@saymo125 it’s on the thicker end. Kids wore these to school in the winter in New England. It’s just a step down from a ski jacket. It would be too warm as a spring/fall jacket.
