Question…what is all the dark areas on the inside from? Have you tried to clean it?

@cddanneman I feel it’s the way the light is in pics. The sides of the bag cast a shadow on the interior. I have dropped the bag off at usps If you are not happy with the bag you are more than welcome to return it.
