Brand New Cider floral skirt and tie-crop set (top S, skirt M)

Very cute never worn "Bliss and Brunch" multicolor floral set. The top (S) is cropped with a wrap tie, the skirt (M) is high-waisted and has a slit. The skirt is a little too big for me, but I think it's a true medium (not sure why I ordered a size up).
