@kellisan2k thanks for the info, but I myself is a regular customer as well, as I'm in their system already and have list of items I purchased since 2003. Your bracelet was liked by my bf's sister. She was with me actually just last week when I dropped off 3 pieces to get cleaned, and that's how she got into wanting a Tiffany, but she's only 15. Anyway, long story short, she asked me what I think, so I told her what I know. Although I have not experienced any of my pieces that needed buffed, so I personally called my regular Tiffany +1 (626) 793-7424 and asked. They only have two kinds... Clean $15 (for shine) and Buffing/Polish (for engrave) $40.
Would u trade, even partial? If so, I told her to take it and I'll take care of the item trade and she covers whatever cash amount needed.
Otherwise, I advised her to negotiate for $55 to buy.
