Brand New Empress Arts White Linen Dress - 4T

Beautiful, brand new, white linen Empress Arts girls dress. The size on the tag is 4T, however, this brand runs small. I removed the tag, thinking my daughter would get to wear it for family pictures but she grew too fast & blew past this size. It has hung in her closet, tried on once. My daughter is also tall so it simply never worked for us :( I would say this fits more like a 3T. This dress retails at $49
