Brand New Eva Mendez Off Shoulder Sheer Top

It's not really a crop top but it doesn't come down long either. Really right at the waist. It has an elastic ruffle band up top and can be worn off the Shoulder or on. Brand New, size XS but fits loose. It is a thin sheer material.
