Brand New Galia Lahav Carmen Dress

Brand New with tags, garment bag, and box. Ordered as a reception dress for my wedding but decided to go with something else. Got it in final sale and cannot return to Galia Lahav directly. It is a US size 4, European size 38 (size guide on their website suggests measurements are 33.5 bust, 27.7 waist and 36.6 hip). **This did NOT come with gloves. No gloves included.**
