@styleding hello. if I take the adjustment strap to the farthest point where it still is within the slot/opening, the inside circumference is approximately ~23.5in. I wear a 7 1/2 cap. At this adjustment it’s a little loose but I think it might be just right at 7 3/4. the fit of this at is a little more tailored and more of a mid crown height. Let me know if you need more details.
