Brand New Long Summer Dress Small

Never worn dress that has been sitting in my closet. The dress is 54” inches long with adjustable spaghetti straps. The back is adjustable due to the strings that you tie. With the dress lying flat and stretching the elastic band below the breast to the max is about 17” (see picture). Ruffled bottom. Light dress perfect for the summer. No flaws that I can see, I bought it for myself from a store a couple years ago and said I’d shorten it (I’m 5’), but I never got around it and just being honest with myself at this point :)
