donnaalford @shoshi_b yes I remembered the jumpsuit I just couldn’t remember the original asking price. We increased by $10 for shipping so it was originally $10...I’ll call posh mark and ask them to credit u $10

donnaalford @shoshi_b they don’t do parcel refunds. I’m so sorry. And they also said not to ship on your own cause they can’t track or release the money if it’s not through them....so that was good to know.

donnaalford @shoshi_b they just said we don’t do parcel refunds...I’m so sorry. I didn’t pursue it any further...I emailed them. They don’t have phone people and they emailed me back with that response. U could send the jumpsuit back I guess if u wanted and get a full refund

donnaalford @shoshi_b you can try if you would like. I was just trying to be very honest and up front...I would GLADLY give u $10 back. I was trying to make something work for u quickly and was out of town. Please feel free to try reaching out to posh mark or send back the jumper and I’ll refund your total purchase. I earned $12 total out of the whole deal. I bought the jumper brand new for$35 on sale and never wore it. U still got a very good deal.

shoshi_b @donnaalford I very much appreciate your honesty and accommodation . I was simply surprised that it was so difficult to do a simple price adjustment or refund. The jumpsuit is now in Canada so I wouldn’t be in a position to return it.

donnaalford @shoshi_b not that I know of....maybe if u emailed posh-mark and explained u will get a different response than I did. Other than that I don’t know what to do about it except say I’m sorry. I’m on vacation. With my family so I’m probably not going to stress over $10 at the moment. I know it’s not me that paid $10 extra dollars but it’s not enough to sit around and worry about.
