Brand New Never Worn. I made these shorts for a Country Music Festival but unfortunately after glueing on the rhinestone fringe, it made the bottom of the shorts tighter. These shorts are a size Large (6-8) but now fit like a medium (4-6). The waist fits a size 27-28. These shorts are beautiful in person. The sparkle is to die for!!
