Brand New Never Worn LS knee high boot SZ 9.5

Brand new in box. LS brand from Just Fab. Knee high heeled boots. Cute tassel that wraps up boot and hangs at back. Size 9.5. I’ve never worn these, they’re brand new. I read to go down a half size so I got a 9.5, but they just were not comfortable on me. There is a scratch on the heel (pictured) where the tissue stuck to the heel and I scratched the heel trying to get it off. Could easily be touched up. They also have a bit of almost a petroleum smell, could probably be aired out maybe?
