Brand New Rachel Roy Dress - Size 10

I have NEVER worn this dress, only to try it on. I've had it in my closet for a while and I've never worn it. It's in perfect condition with the tag still on it. The color is pistachio green with a thick black strapped open back. It's a very elegant dress and comfortable as well
