Brand New Sparkle Sequin Sheath Dress

New with tags! This is a sheath style dress with a panel of stitched sequins all down the front from shoulder to hem. It has vertical side panels of solid black (very slimming!). The back is solid black fabric (no sequins on the back). The dress hits above the knee and is 38 inches from shoulder to hem.
