Brand New WOT J Crew Tweed Dress Blue and White Size 0

This is a brand new with-out-tags J Crew tweed dress in blue and white. Size 0. This dress is gorgeous high quality fabric. I purchased this and it is too wide in the hips for me, and I was too lazy to take this to a seamstress to have the dress taken in. If I had more motivation I’d probably live in this dress.
