Brand New International Concepts brand blouse I bought this for St. Patrick’s Day but it’s a little too big for me as I’m normally a Large. The shoulders are open and there is two buttons in the back of the neck/collar. This shirt could be dressed up with heels or dressed down with jeans and look cute both ways.
