@pfrance9 Hi! Thank you so much for reaching out! These are absolutely brand new. The white cast is called "blooming" and sometimes appears on on rich leathers not in consistent use. It's the result of oils and waxes used in the tanning process that move to the surface of the leather. It comes off in a sinch with Armor All or even warm water! I'll absolutely wipe it clean for you before shipping!
