Brand New w/o tag summer dress

This dress was never worn once. It zips on the side and has a forgiving/stretchy white/cream lace strapless top with a navy blue floral pleated bottom half that hits mid thigh. Size Large but would fit medium also. I think it’s somewhat in the middle M/L. Super cute
