Brand: ONLY, white dress w/embroidered dots, sz XS

Smocked strapless white cotton dress with embroidered dots, sz XS. Skirt has thin white lining and dress has removable, adjustable straps. Previously worn but in good condition. Please ask any questions! Measurements: bust lying flat unstretched 13" where smocking meets skirt, but it can stretch up to 15", waist 12.5-13” approximately, skirt length 22.5”, and total length (not including straps) 28”.
