Brand is Green Dragon. Women’s velvet blazer

Made in California, this greenish velvet blazer is one of a kind. Embossed on the back is a dragon, with buttons up the front and pockets. I’m 5’8” 32 C cup and normally wear a size medium. This is a size small and fits as such. Has been hung up in my closet in a smoke free home. It’s new without tags and zero imperfections.
