Got this same necklace as a gift for Christmas, but it didn’t show up in time so we disputed it and they sent us another one so I have this brand new necklace that has just been sitting in a box, but it is completely brand new and never been worn. It does look a little “tarnished” I don’t know much about cleaning jewelry but it’s sat in the box since December no wear so maybe that’s an easy fix
