Brand new Bloomchic sleeveless floral dress with sash

This is a pull over the head style dress, very comfy. I never wore it because it was too long for me. It hits my ankle and I wanted a shorter length. I’m 5’4”. The pattern is pretty and would be nice going into the fall season.
