Brand new! Cocktail/formal short sleeve dress (green)

Beautiful emerald green cocktail dress. Never worn! This hits just below the knees on me, at 5’3”. I usually wear a medium but this dress is flowy and the waist can be cinched with the tie detail. Silky material perfect for a semi formal event. Very high quality feeling material. I bought this to wear to a wedding and ended up wearing a different outfit. It was ordered new from Jane.
