Brand new Ivory Tulle skirt (size small)

Handmade wedding skirt. Really beautiful. Never worn! When I received it it just wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Has 7 layers of beautiful tulle and a soft inside liner. An elastic waistband and comes with a satin ribbon if you want to cover the elastic and have a little bow in back. Bought off of Etsy.
