nakoda Contacting you regarding my purchase… package was supposed to be delivered on Friday February 2-was a delay, finally got in touch with the post office in Glen Cove, NY they said that the box arrived it is open with nothing inside. I’m extremely upset I would like to file a claim, the sender must do that.

wendyleeslp @nakoda What?!! I am so sorry! I don’t understand what happened? I packaged the boots and taped them up when shipped. Please don’t worry and I will make this situation right. I will start communication with Poshmark now. Again, I cannot apologize enough for this inconvenience. This is unacceptable.

nakoda @wendyleeslp I am so upset over this… (at my desk at work now ) I spent all day yesterday trying to get in touch with the mailing center before it was delivered to the post office. I agree this is unacceptable Thank you

nakoda @wendyleeslp Call Theft Of Mail For US Postal Service 877-876-2455. Im reporting it now.. please call as the sender to report this unacceptable situation. Praying they can locate with tracking number.

wendyleeslp @nakoda I just did that as well, they just keep telling me that the package is in route since you have not officially received it yet, but I will continue to do so. Poshmark should be able to fix this as well as far as crediting you back, no matter what happens with the package. So annoying and so sorry!

nakoda @wendyleeslp hi Wendy I am going to go to the post office and retrieve the package / box.. I work 830 to 6 Monday through Friday and haven’t had a chance all week to go there. I will then send pictures of what it looks like it was never delivered to me. I can’t explain how this whole incident has hurt me… and how disturbing it is. I feel an employee in the post office may have opened the box and stole the merchandise (the boots). I am seriously thinking about filing a police report.
