Brand new One World stretch denim shorts - size small

Size small fake denim stretch shorts, size small, brand new with tags, dark wash, only thing is something is weird with the elastic it seems old and stretched out even though I bought it a year ago brand new. Side pockets. This seems to be a very thin sweatshirt tricot fabric with stretch (poly cotton) It just has screen printing on it to make it look like a real denim short.
