Yes contact poshmark I responded to there email they sent me. They said wait till March 18, I did of course . But also waiting till my mailman Came . He came No delivered of this coat only letters . So I responded to there emails I still didn’t receive my order . I didn’t receive any response to the email that they sent me that I sent them.

phyllas9 @jeaniedef I sent them 3 emails Also on poshmark They never answered my emails I sent them today . They sent me 2 emails last week saying I have to wait till March 18 . I did exactly what they said if I don’t receive by March 18 don’t worry they something in place . Now I responded to there 2 emails Saying it’s March 18 still have not received my order .. there is no phone number to call. And they have not responded to the emails. Can you contact them with all I have told you ..

No didn’t heart from poshmark Can you contact them again At some point I will have to call my charge company due to poshmark lack of doing the right thing. They claim they have something in place When I didn’t receive. They don’t even reply to all my messages on here mor there emails . How else do you put a complaint in ? The only thing I can think of is my charge company . I refuse to pay for anything I don’t receive

I am so mad on top of dealing with this why I am so sick. I am doing all poshmark ask of me.. But they aren’t !!! Not right . My daughter inlaw is so upset seeing what I am going threw .. The coat looked so pretty in the picture. They should have refunded me. So I could have looked for another . But now…. Ahhhhh not right

phyllas9 @jeaniedef I opened a case with my post office yesterday March 19, The supervisor called me back yesterday I have the service request number , The supervisor called me back Did a search couldn’t find it, Also ask the mail carrier about this . He didn’t remember. Now I have done all that poshmark told me to do. The supervisor said now the case is closed he was very sorry about me not receiving. I sent all the info and case number and supervisor name to poshmark email .
