Yes, so apparently I “accepted” the order as I saw the box and the shoes were like the picture until I tried them on and realized at that time they were the wrong size. I immediately notified the help desk on the date of receipt and apparently I should not have “accepted” the order.

@artsy_kel I just added two additional pictures showing the internal size of the shoes. I have 10 pairs of Veja (all size 8) and was soooo excited to finally get a good price on a navy pair. Sense my disappointment.
