Brand new, with tags, white women's Columbia winter coat. You can wear it with both layers or separate it and wear just the outside shell or the inside jacket. It can be worn all 3 ways. Also has a hood. It's a BEAUTIFUL coat it just doesn't fit me. I wish it did!
