Brand new black high rise wide leg trousers. Super cute ☺️

Brand new black high rise wide leg trousers. It says large but there more small/medium. I’m a size 9 and they didn’t fit. They have pockets I couldn’t return them. Inseam is 30’ , high waist is 14, wide leg measurements are 11 1/2
